JustCall Pro is the first CloudTalk alternative to compare for outbound sales. Aircall Professional suits teams that need calling tied to customer records.
Quo Business is a simpler option for shared calls and texts.
Five users cost $245 a month on JustCall Pro or $250 on Aircall Professional with annual payment.
Compare the included functions before choosing a price.
CloudTalk also requires you to finish cancellation after any required offboarding call. The call alone does not stop billing.
A power dialer calls numbers from a list in sequence. A CRM stores customer records. Choose JustCall for sales dialing, Aircall for connected support, or Quo for shared conversations.

Why teams look for a CloudTalk replacement
Extra payments for dialing, AI, and numbers can increase your phone bill.
Reliability can also drive the search. A CloudTalk discussion on Reddit describes a team seeking a replacement after calling problems.
That is one team's experience, rather than proof that another provider will perform better on your connection.
Lower prices alone will not fix missed calls or unreliable software connections.
1. JustCall Pro for outbound sales
JustCall is a business calling and messaging service. Its Pro plan costs $49 per user per month with annual payment. You must pay for at least two users.
Pro includes a power dialer, bulk text campaigns, queue callback, and Salesforce CTI integration. CTI connects phone controls with customer software.
The entry Team plan costs $29, but it is the wrong price to use for a power dialing comparison.
JustCall's Sales Dialer documentation excludes Team from that feature. Unlimited Dynamic and Predictive Dialer campaigns require SalesPro.
2. Aircall Professional for connected sales and support
Aircall is a business phone service with customer software connections and call routing. Its Professional plan costs $50 per license per month with annual payment. Both Essentials and Professional require at least three licenses.
Essentials already includes call transcripts. Professional adds summaries, conversation intelligence, Power Dialer, smart routing, and queue callback.
Conversation intelligence means information drawn from calls, such as topics and customer sentiment.
3. Quo Business for shared calls and texts
Quo, formerly OpenPhone, is a business phone service built around calling and messaging. Its Business plan is displayed at $33 per user per month on monthly payment.
Business includes automatic call recording, AI summaries and transcripts, phone menus, and HubSpot and Salesforce connections.
Its included Sona AI allowance has a limit. The pricing page shows 1,000 automation credits, described as ten calls, on each plan.
Further usage can add another payment. AI answering and AI call summaries are separate functions.
4. Dialpad Connect for included call summaries
Dialpad Connect is a phone, messaging, and meeting service. Its Standard plan is listed at $15 per user per month with annual payment. It includes live transcripts and call summaries.
Dialpad sells separate Connect, Sell, and Support products. The Connect entry price does not include every sales dialing or contact center function.
Match your required feature to the right product before calculating savings.
5. RingCentral RingEX for company-wide calling
RingCentral RingEX combines business calls, meetings, and team chat. Its Core plan costs $20 per user per month with annual payment. Advanced costs $25 and adds CRM connections.
The AI Receptionist is an add-on. RingEX also differs from RingCentral's contact center products, so ask which product includes your required routing and dialing functions.
6. Nextiva for shared support conversations
Nextiva provides business phone service and customer communication tools. Its NEXT Core price starts at $15 per user per month under annual small business terms. NEXT Engage starts at $25.
Core includes voice, video, shared inboxes, and a basic customer record and ticket system. A ticket system tracks customer requests until someone resolves them.
Annual small business prices require eligible new customers with 1 to 100 employees and a commitment of at least 12 months. XBert AI costs $1.50 per conversation separately.
7. Zoom Phone for teams already using Zoom
Zoom Phone adds business calling to the Zoom app. Its US and Canada Unlimited plan costs $16 per user per month with annual payment, or $18 with monthly payment.
Choose Zoom Phone when employees already use Zoom. The plan includes recording and summaries; international calls cost extra. Zoom Contact Center is a separate product.
8. Ringover for international sales and recruitment
Ringover is a calling service for sales, support, and recruitment teams. Its Business plan currently displays $49 per user per month, excluding taxes, with a 12-month commitment and at least three users.
Business lists Power Dialer, advanced routing, coaching, and calls to 90 destinations. It also includes call transcripts and summaries.
Check destination coverage. Ringover lists Calls and SMS Campaigns separately at $10 per user per month.
9. MightyCall for a small call center
MightyCall provides business calling with separate plans for phone service and sales dialing. Its Core plan currently shows a discounted annual price of $20 per user per month, with at least three users.
Core includes three business numbers and call recording. Pro adds supervisor functions and AI call summaries.
For automated dialing, compare Power instead. Its displayed discounted annual rate is $54 per user per month, with at least three users.
Power includes preview and progressive dialing. Confirm the renewal rate before accepting a discount.
10. KrispCall for a low subscription before usage
KrispCall is a cloud phone service for calls, texts, and shared customer conversations. Its pricing page lists subscriptions from $12 per user per month with annual payment, or $15 with monthly payment.
Starter supports individual users. Calls and texts cost extra.
Compare your actual destinations and minutes before treating the lower subscription as a lower total bill.
11. Freshcaller for incoming customer support
Freshcaller is a phone service for support teams. Its Growth plan costs $15 per agent per month with annual payment, plus usage charges.
Growth includes wait queues, number porting, call recording, and 2,000 incoming minutes per month. Pro costs $39 per agent per month plus usage and adds routing automation and holiday routing.
Freshcaller also offers a plan without agent subscription fees. Calls still cost money, so calculate usage before comparing it with bundled calling plans.
What five power dialer users cost
The subscription difference is $60 a year. Calling allowances and other features still need a separate comparison.
For JustCall Pro, multiply five users by $49. The subscription equals $245 a month, or $2,940 for the year.
For Aircall Professional, multiply five users by $50. The subscription equals $250 a month, or $3,000 for the year.
Check the calling region before accepting “unlimited”
JustCall's allowances depend on your selected region and plan version. Its new plan documentation shows different limits for Team users.
US and Canadian Team plans include unlimited qualifying outbound and inbound calls.
Team plans for Australia, the UK, and Europe show 1,000 outbound minutes per license. Fair use rules apply.
Keep your numbers before cancelling CloudTalk
Number porting moves your number to another provider.
CloudTalk's terms require you to arrange porting before account cancellation. Numbers that have not moved may be released when the account ends.
Start with the receiving provider. Confirm that it accepts your country and number type.
Keep CloudTalk active until the transfer is complete and incoming calls reach the new service.
Preserve the records your business needs before closing the account.
CloudTalk's cancellation instructions warn that call history, recordings, contacts, and settings become inaccessible after cancellation takes effect.
Finish the cancellation after any offboarding call
CloudTalk's cancellation instructions say some plans require an offboarding call. The call does not close the account.
After the call, return to Dashboard > Settings > Billing. Complete the remaining steps, including entering CANCEL and selecting Cancel account.
Save the confirmation. Contact support if no offboarding time is available before billing.
Pick the alternative that fixes your problem
For outbound sales, compare JustCall Pro with Aircall Professional using the same call list and required CRM functions.
For a small service business, start with Quo Business if shared conversations matter more than campaign dialing.
For international teams, compare Ringover and JustCall against your exact destinations.
For company calling and meetings, compare RingCentral RingEX, Zoom Phone, and Dialpad Connect.
For incoming support, compare Nextiva and Freshcaller.
If you also want to replace your CRM, read our Close CRM alternatives. Replacing customer software is a broader decision than changing the phone service.
Questions about switching
Which CloudTalk alternative is cheapest?
Freshcaller lists a plan with no agent subscription fee, but calls still cost money. KrispCall starts at $12 per user per month with annual payment, plus usage.
Compare the required features and calling bill before choosing either as your cheapest replacement.
Does JustCall Team include the sales dialer?
No. JustCall's Sales Dialer documentation excludes Team. Pro includes Power Dialer, while unlimited Dynamic and Predictive campaigns require SalesPro.
Will an offboarding call cancel CloudTalk?
No. CloudTalk says you must complete the remaining cancellation steps after the call. Save the cancellation confirmation before treating the account as closed.
Where to start
Choose two plans that preserve the functions your team uses. Request a complete quote for your users, numbers, and destinations.
Arrange number porting before ending CloudTalk, then keep written confirmation that cancellation is complete.
