Intuo.io alternatives, picked for teams facing Unit4's £8,990 yearly minimum

Unit4's G-Cloud 15 price document lists the product behind intuo.io at £60 per person per year, up to 100 people. It also adds an £8,990 annual minimum. Unit4's own page shows no price.

The intuo.io address now sends visitors to Unit4. Unit4 says "intuo has joined the Unit4 family and is now part of Unit4 Talent Management."

Shared across 50 people, that minimum is £179.80 for each person. This page prices four replacements at 50 and 100 people: Workleap, 15Five, Leapsome and Lattice.

Quick picks

  • Workleap Standard has the lowest yearly bill of the dollar plans. It costs $6,919 at 50 people and $8,839 at 100, with 5 and 10 managers.

  • 15Five Total Platform costs $16 for each user, each month, and covers reviews and goals together with engagement surveys.

  • Leapsome costs €15 for each employee, each month for those same modules, and its page prints no minimum yearly spend.

Pricing and features verified 26 October 2026 from each tool's official pricing page. Unit4's figures verified from its G-Cloud 15 price document, a file dated 30 January 2026.

Why look beyond Unit4 Talent Management

Unit4 Talent Management is hard to judge from Unit4's own pages. The product page shows no price. A Capterra listing shows €20,000 for each feature, each year. The G-Cloud 15 document sets its price for each person instead.

The Capterra page for Unit4 Talent Management shows a 4.2 rating from 27 reviews, and the newest review shown is from July 2024. Reviewers ask for custom reports, and some say new users need training before the tool feels easy.

Unit4's minimum is the second problem. Unit4 charges £8,990 for the year even when 50 people would cost £3,000. At 100 people, the minimum is £89.90 for each person.

How much does Unit4 Talent Management cost?

Unit4 Talent Management costs £60 per person per year, up to 100 people. The price falls with every band. The yearly minimum is £8,990. The bands are on pages 10 to 12 of the G-Cloud 15 document, and the minimum is on page 14.

The price includes Unit4's standard support and maintenance.

This table shows six of the bands. Prices are in pounds, for each person, each year.

The G-Cloud 15 document says Unit4 prices Talent Management by cumulative bands. It shows no worked example, so there are two ways to read it.

The first reading puts the whole headcount at the rate of its band. The second reading prices each slice of people at its own band rate.

Both readings of Unit4's bands give the £8,990 minimum for any team up to 151 people.

Here is the math at 150 people.

On the first reading of Unit4's bands, 150 people pay £58 per person. That is £8,700, so the minimum applies.

On the second reading of Unit4's bands, the first 100 people pay £60 per person, so £6,000.

The next 50 people pay £58 for each person, so £2,900. Together that is £8,900, so the minimum applies here too.

At 200 people, Unit4's two readings split. The first reading prices all 200 people at £55 for each person. That is £11,000.

The second reading adds 50 more people at £55 per person, so £2,750, to the £8,900. That is £11,650.

The gap is £650 a year at 200 people. Ask Unit4 in writing which reading applies at your headcount.

Unit4's G-Cloud 14 price versus the G-Cloud 15 price

The older G-Cloud 14 price document lists Unit4 Talent Management at £48 for each person, each year.

The minimum is the same: £8,990. Its header reads September 2025. The G-Cloud 15 file, dated 30 January 2026, lists bands that start at £60 instead.

For 100 people, both Unit4 lists give the £8,990 minimum. The older list gives £4,800, and the newer list gives £6,000.

For 200 people, the older Unit4 list gives £9,600. The newer list gives £11,000 or £11,650, depending on the reading. That is £1,400 or £2,050 more.

Check which document your Unit4 quote came from before you compare it with anything else.

Its FAQ says Foundation is charged at the list price after that date. The list price is €7 for each employee, each month.

Adding Foundation takes Leapsome's three modules from €15 to €22 for each employee, each month.

For 50 employees over 12 months, that is €13,200. For 100 employees, it is €26,400.

Workleap Standard costs $4,999, paid for the whole year, plus $32 for each manager, each month.

Together, that is €15. For 50 employees over 12 months, that is €9,000. For 100 employees, it is €18,000.

Lattice Performance, Goals and OKRs, and Engagement cost $10, $8, and $4 for each user, each month.

Together, that is $22. For 50 users over 12 months, that is $13,200. For 100 users, it is $26,400.

Unit4 Talent Management costs £60 per person per year, up to 100 people. For 50 people, that is £3,000. For 100 people, that is £6,000.

Both fall under the £8,990 minimum, so Unit4 charges £8,990 at both sizes. That is £179.80 for each person at 50 and £89.90 at 100.

15Five Total Platform costs $2,681 more than Workleap Standard at 50 people. At 100 people, it costs $10,361 more. Lattice costs $3,600 more than 15Five at 50 people and $7,200 more at 100 people.

Per-manager fees and yearly minimums on the four tools

Workleap is the only tool of the four that charges for each manager on its base plans. Lattice and Unit4 print a yearly minimum. 15Five and Leapsome print none for the plans above.

Workleap charges $32 for each manager, each month, on Standard and Pro. For 1 manager over 12 months, that is $384. At 14 managers, the fee comes to $5,376, which is more than the $4,999 Standard price.

At 50 people, Workleap Standard costs less than 15Five Total Platform up to 11 managers. At 12 managers, Workleap Standard costs $9,607. That is $7 more than the $9,600 on 15Five.

Send Unit4 one written question: which reading of the bands applies at your headcount, with contractors counted.

Then ask Workleap, 15Five, and Leapsome for a quote at your headcount and manager count.

Keep the quote that covers reviews and goals together with engagement surveys for the lowest total over 12 months.
