LeadFuze alternatives with real prices, picked for users who lost access

LeadFuze shut down its software. It now sells only a data license, quoted at $1,500 to $2,000 a month.

If you built lead lists there, start with Apollo. It has a free plan. Basic costs $49 per user each month if you pay for the whole year.

UpLead costs $99 a month with no contract. For raw data files, look at People Data Labs.

LeadFuze's start page says it plainly: "We have shut down direct software access." A data license means you pay for raw data files and get no tool to log in to.

A lead list builder is a tool that finds business contacts, such as names, emails and phone numbers. The alternatives below replace that builder. Most of them charge in credits, which are units you spend each time you reveal a contact.

Quick picks

  • Apollo: the closest all-in-one swap. Free plan, then $49 per user each month (pay for the whole year) or $65 (month-to-month).

  • UpLead: one credit buys one contact with an email and a mobile number. $99 a month, no contract.

  • People Data Labs: for developers and data teams who wanted the license. Paid plans start at $98 a month.

  • RB2B: for people who used LeadFuze's pixel to spot website visitors. Paid plans start at $79 a month.

LeadFuze's own pages disagree on whether the license includes it. Get the answer in writing before you pay.

Pricing and features verified 6 October 2026 from each tool's official pricing page.

What happened to LeadFuze, and can you still buy it?

You cannot sign up or log in. LeadFuze's start page says it now offers only a full data license, with monthly updates.

You ask for access through a form and get a quote. The page lists $1,500 to $2,000 a month, depending on the term, which is how long you sign for. LeadFuze's pricing page now sends you to that same form.

Older prices still float around. Capterra's LeadFuze page still shows a starting price of $132.30 a month. Reviewers there have mentioned a 12 month commitment since 2018.

LeadFuze's own pages list no software plans.

LeadFuze still sells two other things by quote. One is an enrichment API, which lets your software request contact records automatically. The other is the pixel, covered below.

What does the LeadFuze data license cost and include?

The license costs $1,500 to $2,000 a month, by quote. LeadFuze says other providers charge $10,000 to $20,000 a month for data at this level. That is LeadFuze's own claim.

The data license page lists:

  • 269M+ profiles, where a profile is one person's record, refreshed every month

  • Files of 52 GB in CSV format or 70 GB in Parquet format. Both are ways to store tables of data.

  • Delivery to AWS S3, Google Cloud Storage, Azure Blob Storage, or SFTP, which are cloud and file transfer services

  • Fields such as name, personal and business emails, mobile phones, LinkedIn links, job titles, home addresses and net worth

LeadFuze says it is still working toward SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA certification, according to its data co op page. SOC 2 is a security audit standard.

The fields include home addresses and net worth. Ask what privacy rules cover your use before you sign.

The start page lists visitor detection through a pixel inside the license. The data license page says the license does not include the Identity Resolution Pixel.

A third page, the pixel product page, sells it on its own. It lists an agency reseller cost of $79 a month.

Treat the pixel as a separate purchase until LeadFuze says otherwise in writing.

The 10 LeadFuze alternatives, grouped by what you used it for

Prices marked whole year mean you pay for 12 months in one go. Prices marked month to month mean you pay each month and can leave sooner.

To replace the list builder

Apollo

Free is $0. Basic is $49 for each user each month for the whole year, or $65 month to month.

Apollo is a sales tool that pairs a contact database with email campaigns. That makes it the closest swap for a list builder.

Apollo's pricing page charges 1 credit for an email and 8 for a phone number.

The free plan gives each user 900 credits for the year. Basic gives 30,000 and adds unlimited sequences, which are automatic follow up emails.

If Apollo's rules do not fit, the Apollo alternatives guide lists more options.

UpLead

Essentials is $99 a month for 170 credits. Plus is $199 a month for 400 credits. The trial lasts 7 days and includes 5 credits.

UpLead's pricing page makes cost easy to see. One credit reveals one contact with an email and a mobile number. Monthly plans have no contract.

The Professional plan is annual only and priced by quote. Extra credits cost $0.60 on Essentials and $0.50 on Plus.

Lusha

Free gives 40 credits a month. Starter is $37.45 a month for the whole year, or $49.90 month to month. Pro is $52.45 or $69.90/month. Premium is $299.95 or $399.90/month.

Lusha's pricing page charges 1 credit for an email and 5 for a phone number. Starter gives 4,800 credits for the year, and Pro gives 7,200.

Pro adds API access, which lets your own software pull data from Lusha. A slider on the page moves the Premium price.

The Premium prices here use its starting setting of 40,800 credits for the year, or 3,400 a month.

RocketReach

Essentials is $27 a month for the whole year ($329), or $49 month to month. Pro is $69 ($829) or $99. Ultimate is $142 ($1,699) or $209.

RocketReach's pricing page lists unlimited verified emails and phone numbers on Pro, with 3,600 exports a year. An export is one contact you download.

The RocketReach alternatives guide on this site covers more tools in this space.

Wiza

Month to month: Starter is $49, Email is $99, and Email and Phone is $199. For the whole year: Email is $990 and Email and Phone is $1,990.

Wiza's pricing page charges for each valid email and phone number you reveal.

Month to month, Email and Phone gives 500 emails and 500 phone numbers each month.

Extra emails cost $0.15, and extra phone numbers cost $0.35. The yearly plans list unlimited reveals, with up to 2,500 exports a month.

To send campaigns from the same account

Snov.io

Starter is $29.25 a month for the whole year, or $39 month to month. Pro is $74.25 or $99.

Snov.io's pricing page puts a contact finder and an email campaign tool in one account.

Starter lists 1,000 credits, 5,000 recipients, and unlimited campaigns. The page says paying for the whole year saves $117 on Starter.

lemlist

Email is $55 a month for the whole year, or $69 month to month. Multichannel is $87 or $109.

lemlist's pricing page is built around outreach. The Email plan also lists an email and phone number finder and a lead database of 650M+ contacts.

Lead data has its own add on section on the page. Multichannel adds LinkedIn automation.

Hunter

Free gives 50 credits a month. Starter is $34 a month for the whole year ($408), or $49 month to month. Growth is $104 ($1,248) or $149.

Hunter's pricing page puts email first. Starter gives 24,000 credits for the year and checks each address for you. It also lets you connect 3 email accounts to send campaigns. Growth gives 120,000 credits for the year.

To get raw data

People Data Labs

Free gives 100 credits a month with contact data hidden. Pro starts at $98 a month for 350 credits. Enterprise is priced by quote.

People Data Labs sells person and company data through an API.

One credit is one record, and a record is one person's profile. Pro includes contact data, and annual commitments save 20%.

The page says the company is ISO and SOC 2 Type 2 compliant. Enterprise lists data license feeds and flat file bulk delivery, which means data sent as large files.

To spot website visitors

RB2B

Free is $0 for 150 visitor matches a month, at company level only. Starter is $79 a month, and Pro is $149 a month.

RB2B's pricing page sells visitor matching, where a match is one visitor it can name.

Starter gives 300 matches a month and sends LinkedIn links to Slack, with no email addresses.

Pro adds business email addresses and all other integrations.

What one contact costs

Credits are hard to compare. This table prices one contact with both an email and a phone number.

It assumes you use every credit. Apollo credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, so unused ones are lost.

The math, step by step:

  • One contact with both costs 1 plus 8, which is 9 credits. 2,500 divided by 9 is 277, rounded down.

  • $49 divided by 277 is about $0.18. $65 divided by 277 is about $0.23.

  • Lusha's contact costs 1 plus 5, which is 6 credits. Pro gives 600 credits a month, which is 100 contacts.

  • UpLead, RocketReach, and Wiza list contacts directly, so the cost is the plan price divided by the contacts.

  • For example, $199 divided by 400 is about $0.50.

Can you use Apollo data inside a product you sell?

No, not on the plans on Apollo's pricing page. Apollo says those plans are for internal business use only.

Putting the data in a product, sharing it with your customers, or reselling it needs a separate agreement. That agreement has custom pricing.

Two other options list data licensing. LeadFuze's license names building your own enrichment tools as a use.

An enrichment tool fills in missing details on contacts you already have. People Data Labs lists data licensing on its Enterprise plan.

Neither page gives resale terms, so ask for them in writing.

Contracts, refunds and credits that expire

A yearly plan decides how hard it is to leave. Apollo's page spells out the rules:

  • Moving from monthly to yearly works at any time. What you paid counts toward the year.

  • Moving from yearly to monthly means cancelling, then waiting until the year ends.

  • Downgrades take effect at once and get no refund for unused time.

  • Credits expire at the end of each billing cycle, including extra credits you buy.

Apollo's page says paying for the whole year saves 24%. For Basic, $49 times 12 is $588, and $65 times 12 is $780.

The yearly plan saves $192, and you give up the right to leave early. The annual vs monthly calculator shows the same trade for any price.

UpLead's monthly plans have no contract. On month-to-month billing, Lusha Pro says unused credits roll over, up to a 2x limit.

Website visitor ID without LeadFuze's pixel

Apollo and RB2B both match website visitors. Apollo's free plan lists 20 companies a month, and Basic lists 100.

Its Inbound add on goes further. Essentials costs $119, and Max costs $639, per team each month when you pay for the whole year.

The page lists 1,000 contacts a month, US only, and 5,000 companies a month, US and global.

RB2B names individual people as well as companies. Starter costs $79 a month and Pro costs $149. Only Pro adds email addresses.

Pick Apollo's add on if you already pay for Apollo. Pick RB2B if the visitor list is all you need. The Leadfeeder alternatives guide covers more visitor tools.

Where the LeadFuze license still wins

If you want about 269M profiles as files, LeadFuze is the only option here with a public price range. That range is $1,500 to $2,000 a month.

People Data Labs shows bulk data as a quote, and Apollo bars resale. The range comes from LeadFuze's page, so a real quote may differ, and the pixel question is still open.

Which alternative fits you

  • If you need a few hundred contacts a month, pick UpLead Essentials or Lusha Starter. UpLead has no contract.

  • If you build lists for clients as an agency, read Apollo's internal use rule first. It bars sharing the data with customers.

  • If you only need email addresses, pick Hunter or Snov.io.

  • If you want campaigns in the same account, pick Snov.io, Lemlist, Hunter, or Apollo.

  • If you are a developer or data team, start with People Data Labs. Ask LeadFuze for a quote only if you need all 269M+ profiles.

  • If you used the pixel, pick RB2B or Apollo's Inbound add-on.

  • If you are still inside a LeadFuze contract, its start page and data license page give no cancellation terms. Ask for the end date in writing, and cancel in writing.

FAQ

What is the best LeadFuze alternative?

Apollo, for most people. It has a free plan, and Basic costs $49 a user each month when you pay for the whole year.

Pick UpLead if you want no contract and one credit for each contact. The best LeadFuze replacement for raw data is People Data Labs.

Is there a free or cheap alternative to LeadFuze?

Yes. Apollo's free plan gives 900 credits for the year. Lusha gives 40 credits a month, Hunter gives 50, and People Data Labs gives 100 with contact data hidden.

The lowest yearly price here is RocketReach Essentials at $27 a month, for emails only. The lowest month to month price is Snov.io Starter at $39.

Are LeadFuze and its alternatives GDPR or SOC 2 compliant?

LeadFuze says it is still working toward SOC 2, GDPR, and CCPA certification. Apollo's pricing page says it is GDPR compliant.

People Data Labs lists ISO and SOC 2 Type 2. For any other tool, read its own trust page before you buy.

How much did LeadFuze cost before it shut down its software?

Older listings disagree. Capterra still shows a starting price of $132.30 a month.

LeadFuze's own pages now list only the $1,500 to $2,000 a month license.

LeadFuze vs Apollo: what changes if you switch?

With LeadFuze, you can only request a data license by quote. With Apollo, you sign up yourself, start free, and search a contact database from a screen.

You give up bulk files, and Apollo's plans bar resale and sharing data with customers.

Where to start

Open Apollo's free plan first if you need a list builder with email campaigns. Switch to UpLead if you want one price for each contact and no contract.

Ask People Data Labs for a quote before you ask LeadFuze, unless you need all 269M+ profiles.

Before you pay for any yearly plan, find the cancellation terms and write down the end date.
