Platforms to register your SaaS in Hong Kong, matched to the bank account problem

If the business account is your main worry, pick Statrys. It is the only platform here that gives you the account under its own license.

The account opens the same day as your company. The package costs HKD 7,875 all-in, government fees included.

Sleek suits founders who want the biggest platform. Osome suits high-volume billing.

Air Corporate suits founders who want USD prices. FastLane suits founders who will need audits and tax advice.

Why Hong Kong works for a SaaS company

Hong Kong is still one of the most practical places in Asia to set up a software business.

  • There is no capital gains tax.

  • There is no VAT or sales tax.

  • Profits tax is 8.25% on the first HKD 2 million, and 16.5% above that.

  • Its territorial system may exempt profits that are earned fully offshore.

You don't need to live in Hong Kong, and you don't need to visit. One person can be the only director and shareholder.

For a SaaS company billing customers in many currencies, that mix is hard to beat.

Tax rules can change, so confirm your own case with a licensed tax adviser.

If you also need billing software for many currencies, our Chargebee alternatives list compares the options.

The hard part comes after you register

Hong Kong law requires a company secretary and a local registered address. Your annual return and profits tax filing arrive whether you are ready or not. Opening a business account as a non-resident founder is the step that stalls most often.

That is what separates the platforms below. Any of them can file your company. The real question is how much of the ongoing paperwork and banking each one solves.

Also check whether the headline price includes what the law requires.

Prices below are as published in October 2026.

1. Statrys

Best for: non-resident founders who want company setup and a business account in one step.

Statrys is the most joined-up option here. The reason is its licenses. It holds both a Hong Kong TCSP license and a Money Service Operator license. So Statrys can give you the business account itself, instead of sending you to a partner bank.

If you register your Hong Kong company with Statrys, the account opens the same day as your company.

There is no separate application, no first deposit, and no cost. The account covers 11 currencies and payments to more than 120 countries.

The package costs HKD 7,875 all in. That price includes HKD 3,895 of government fees. It also bundles a company secretary and a registered Hong Kong address with mail scanning for the first year.

The whole process is remote. It takes about ten minutes to start and three to five business days to finish.

A 30-day money-back guarantee applies.

  • Founded: 2020

  • Services: Hong Kong company registration, Singapore company setup, company secretary services including Designated Representative and NAR1 annual return filing, significant controller register and statutory records

Registered office address with mail scanning and forwarding, business account in many currencies, foreign exchange, payments, accounting, audit and tax support, yearly compliance filings

  • Clients: more than 5,000 businesses, including SaaS and service companies setting up from Europe, the Middle East and Southeast Asia. Named case study: WeCall Solutions.

Rated 4.8 on Trustpilot and named in the Financial Times High-Growth Companies Asia-Pacific 2026 list.

2. Sleek

Best for: founders who want the largest, best-funded platform and don't mind paying extra for the address.

Sleek started in Singapore and now works across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and the UK.

It is the best-funded platform in this group. It raised a US$41 million Series B. It has set up more than 450,000 companies, including over 7,000 for Hong Kong founders.

It publishes three Hong Kong plans, with government setup fees included in the base package:

  • Starter costs HKD 4,973.

  • Compliance costs HKD 10,473.

  • Full Compliance costs HKD 13,973.

The higher plans are where Sleek stands out. They add audited financial statements under HK SME-FRS, profits tax filing, offshore tax exemption support, SleekBooks accounting software, and a dedicated accountant.

Budget for one extra cost. The registered address is not in the base package. It is a HKD 2,000 add-on, while Statrys includes it.

Business accounts come through an Airwallex partnership. Sleek also handles digital signatures through SleekSign.

If you need a separate signing tool, see our DocuSign alternatives.

  • Founded: 2017

  • Services: company setup, company secretary, Designated Representative, registered address and virtual mailroom, audit and tax filing, accounting and bookkeeping

Digital signatures through SleekSign, business account introduction through Airwallex, employer return filing

  • Clients: more than 450,000 companies set up and over 15,000 businesses served today across four markets, including more than 7,000 Hong Kong founders

  • Website: sleek.com

3. Osome

Best for: SaaS companies with high volume, e-commerce-style billing.

Osome also started in Singapore in 2017. It now serves more than 27,000 clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK, and the UAE.

It is known as the more e-commerce-focused of the big platforms. Its accounting is built for high transaction volumes. That helps if your SaaS uses self-serve billing that creates thousands of small charges.

Hong Kong pricing comes in two published plans:

  • Essential costs from HKD 4,650.

  • Comprehensive costs from HKD 8,950.

Lower prices are available if you also open an Aspire account.

Read the plans closely. Essential is only for founders who already have a Hong Kong office address, and it does not include one.

For an overseas founder, Comprehensive is the realistic choice.

Osome is backed by a US$25 million Series B.

  • Founded: 2017

  • Services: company registration, company secretary, registered address and mail handling, accounting and bookkeeping, tax filing and compliance, business account introduction through Aspire

  • Clients: more than 27,000 clients across Singapore, Hong Kong, the UK and the UAE, mostly e-commerce sellers, agencies and small software businesses

  • Website: osome.com

4. Air Corporate

Best for: founders who want USD prices and a published renewal price.

Air Corporate is a digital-first corporate services firm based in Hong Kong. It does two things no other platform here does:

  • It quotes in US dollars, which is easier if you raise money or bill in USD.

  • It publishes its renewal price: USD 955 a year. That covers the company secretary, registered address, business registration renewal, and annual return.

Most rivals leave year two unpriced, so this openness helps.

Its main plans:

  • All Inclusive costs USD 1,070. It bundles government fees, 12 months of company secretary and registered address with mail scanning, digital chops, and help opening a bank account.

  • Expert costs USD 1,405. It adds Airwallex onboarding done for you, introductions to HSBC, CITIC and OCBC, a dedicated manager on WhatsApp and a tax strategy call.

Skip the USD 90 Basic plan. It covers forms only, and it is for Hong Kong residents.

  • Founded: not publicly disclosed

  • Services: Hong Kong company registration, company secretary under a TCSP license, registered office address with mail scanning, help opening bank accounts with partner bank introductions

Offshore company setup in BVI, Cayman and Seychelles, registered agent services, tax and legal advice, compliance

  • Clients: more than 10,000 entrepreneurs served, with over 36,000 companies registered and more than 32,000 bank accounts opened, by its own figures. Rated 4.9 on Trustpilot.

  • Website: air-corporate.com

5. FastLane Group

Best for: SaaS companies that will need real audits and tax advice as they grow.

FastLane is different in a useful way. It is an accounting and advisory firm first, not just a company setup platform. Audit support, tax planning, HR, payroll, and hiring all sit under the same roof as company setup.

For a SaaS business that expects a real audit and a review of offshore profits, that depth matters.

FastLane is a licensed Hong Kong trust and corporate service provider. It has a deep Xero partnership and won the Total Xero Award in 2025.

ENCOR Group acquired it, which is worth knowing if stable ownership matters to you.

Its prices:

  • A basic limited company costs from HKD 5,350.

  • The all-inclusive package costs HKD 9,050.

Government fees are charged on top. Compare like-for-like against the bundled prices above.

  • Founded: 2013

  • Services: company registration for limited and unlimited companies, corporate secretary services, registered office address, accounting, auditing and tax filing, audit support, HR and payroll, hiring,

Legal compliance advice, tax planning, bank account concierge shortlisting HSBC, DBS, Airwallex and Aspire, business advice

  • Clients: more than 1,000 clients, from startups and SMEs to larger companies. Named clients include Optimus Golf, De Groot Technology and Rocket Academy.

  • Website: fastlane-global.com

How to choose your Hong Kong platform

The choice usually comes down to banking and what the price includes.

  • The business account worries you most: for a non-resident SaaS founder, it usually should. Pick Statrys. It is the only platform here that supplies the account under its own license.

Company setup, secretary, address, and account come in one all-in price.

  • You want the biggest, best-funded platform and will pay extra for the address: Sleek.

  • Your billing is high volume, like e-commerce: Osome.

  • You want USD prices and a published renewal price: Air Corporate.

  • You will need real audit and tax advice as you grow: FastLane.

Whichever you pick, compare the total cost for year one. Include government fees, the registered address, and the company secretary.

Don't judge on the headline number alone.
