Sites like Tomoson that start at $0, for sellers tired of prepaid monthly bills

Five sites like Tomoson cost $0 to start. Afluencer lets a brand post a campaign for free. Intellifluence gives you 1 campaign on its Free plan. GRIN gives you 50 credits on its Free plan.

Tomoson charges $49 to $599 a month, paid in advance. Its billing begins on the 11th of the promotion.

Each price here comes from the tool's own pricing page, read on 11 October 2026.

Quick picks

  • Afluencer: post a campaign for free, or pay $49 a month for Marketplace.

  • Intellifluence: 1 campaign on the Free plan, with paid plans from $99 a month.

  • GRIN: 50 credits on the Free plan, plus a free move of your creator list.

  • Collabstr: no monthly fee, with a 10% fee added to each order.

  • Heepsy: a Free plan for searching creators.

Why sellers go looking for sites like Tomoson

Tomoson takes payment ahead of time. Its terms call the service non refundable. Months you do not use earn no credit.

Every plan also limits how many people you can hire in a month.

A Quora question, "What is tomoson.com?", still has no answers.

What Tomoson costs, plan by plan

Tomoson lists five plans. Each price is for one month.

Take Basic. It costs $49 a month and lets you hire 25 people. Split $49 across 25 hires, and each one costs $1.96.

The last column assumes every spot gets used. The pricing page lists caps only. It gives no count of creators who will apply.

Business is $199 a month, which adds up to $2,388 over 12 months.

Tomoson's FAQ also says your fee depends on how many people you approve. All five plans list Export Reports.

What happens when the 10 free promotions run out?

Promotion number 11 ends the trial, even if the 21 days are not up. The Tomoson terms say: "Creation of more promotions immediately moves the account to paid monthly subscription status."

Each business gets one trial, and it starts without a card. Add no card by the end, and the account closes with no charge. Add a card, and monthly billing runs on its own.

The terms say billing happens ahead of time and the service is non refundable. Partial months, plan changes, and unused months earn no credit.

The one exception is the 110% Guarantee, and it has five conditions:

  • Put a card on file before the trial ends.

  • Get billed once at a full plan price.

  • Close the account inside the first paid period.

  • Message Tomoson support within 30 days of the trial end date.

  • Leave the trial unextended, since any extension voids the guarantee.

On Basic, you would get back 110% of $49, which is $53.90. Tomoson says approved refunds arrive within 10 business days.

Sending an email or making a call does not close an account. You close it yourself.

The link sits on the Update Subscriptions page, inside the Billing and Subscriptions tab. Close it before your bill date, and the next month is not charged.

When Tomoson is still a fair pick

Tomoson costs $0 while every promotion stays inside the 21 day trial. You add no card. You see whether creators apply without paying.

Two written promises sit on top of that. The 110% Guarantee protects your first paid period. The Send Your Product Guarantee covers the product cost plus shipping on your first promotion.

You claim it 40 to 55 days after shipping. You send proof of the price and a tracking number.

  • Posting is free on Afluencer. Free use on Tomoson stops at the 11th promotion.

  • Product send outs appear on Afluencer Standard, which is $649 a month.

  1. Intellifluence

Free is $0. Starter is $99, Regular is $249, and Advanced is $599, each a month. A year paid up front takes 20% off.

On Intellifluence, brands post campaigns and influencers apply. Free gives you 1 user, 1 campaign, 5 applicants, and 5 pitches of your own.

Starter lets you run 3 campaigns and see 50 applicants. Regular lets you run 10 campaigns and see 100 applicants. Advanced is fully managed by the Intellifluence team.

The pricing page covers payments for cash campaigns and says nothing about free product.

Hire paid creators

  1. Collabstr

Free is $0. Pro is $249 a month, and Premium is $333 a month. Both are priced for a whole year.

Collabstr is a place to find and hire creators, with 1.3m profiles to search. Free carries no monthly fee.

To post a campaign, you need Pro, which allows 1 per month. Premium has no cap on campaigns. Creators carry their own 15% fee, taken from their payout.

Escrow holds your payment until you approve the work.

  1. Insense

Month one on Trial is $650. After that, Brand is $500 a month, billed as $1,500 every 3 months.

Insense names product seeding as a use case besides creator videos and influencer posts. The Trial allows 1 campaign and up to 10 creators.

It rolls into Brand unless you cancel 48 hours before the trial ends. Four Brand bills of $1,500 cover 12 months, which comes to $6,000.

Insense promises 5 applicants who match your brief, or it refunds the subscription.

  1. Influee

Starter is $229 a month, Basic is $529, and Pro is $999.

Influee connects you with 170,000+ creators who film and photograph for your brand. Starter covers up to 10 collaborations a month, Basic 25, and Pro 50.

You get usage rights and unlimited revisions on the content. The pricing page mentions no product sending.

Search tools for finding creators

  1. Heepsy

Free is $0. Starter is $69, Plus is $149, and Advanced is $229. Each is a monthly price for a whole year.

Heepsy helps you search for creators. Free gives 500 search results and 10 advanced profiles a month. It also connects to Shopify and WooCommerce.

Starter adds 300 outreach emails a month and a creator marketplace. Pay month by month, and Starter is $89. That is $20 above the yearly price of $69.

Across 12 months, that gap is $240. Plus is $199 and Advanced is $299 when paid month by month.

  1. Modash

Essentials is $199 a month and Performance is $499 a month. Enterprise begins at $14,700 a year.

Modash is a search and tracking tool covering 380M+ creator profiles. Essentials includes 2 users and 300 opened profiles a month.

Paying for the whole year costs $2,388. Performance includes 5 users and 800 opened profiles, and adds payments and affiliate links.

Shopify stores get a gifting feature on Essentials for sending free products to influencers. Any plan can import your creators from a CSV file, social handles, or emails.

Tools for a larger program

  1. GRIN

Free is $0. Starter is $200 a month, Growth is $500, and Scale is $1,000.

GRIN runs creator programs through an AI helper called Gia. Credits pay for her work. The Free plan gives 50 credits, needs no card, and never expires. Starter has 2,000 credits, Growth 7,500, and Scale 20,000.

Every new account gets a free 30-day trial of Starter. Plans run month to month and carry no charge for each user. Moving in from a CSV file or another platform costs nothing. It uses no credits.

  1. Upfluence

Upfluence quotes a price after a call and sets it by module.

The fee is fixed and takes none of your sales. The contract runs 12 months at the least. The free trial begins after the first call.

The page lists no setup fee. Scale lists one-click product shipping and a creator marketplace. Find has no marketplace.

Fees on top of the plan price

Take $1,000 paid to creators in one month. Each fee below comes from the tool's own page.

Collabstr Free adds a 10% fee to each order. On $1,000, that is $100.

Collabstr Premium adds a 5% fee to each order. On $1,000, that is $50.

Insense Trial adds a 20% marketplace fee to each payment. On $1,000, that is $200.

Insense Brand adds a 10% marketplace fee to each payment. On $1,000, that is $100.

Influee adds a 10% marketplace fee to creator payments. On $1,000, that is $100.

Tomoson's terms mention escrow fees that can change, and they list no rate.

GRIN takes no share of the sales your creators drive. Creating a commission payable uses credits.

Do sites like Tomoson still swap free product for a review?

Five of the nine pricing pages mention product sending: Afluencer, GRIN, Insense, Modash and Upfluence.

The pages for Intellifluence, Collabstr, Heepsy and Influee do not.

Tomoson's FAQ sets one rule for review campaigns.

The product is free, with no shipping charge to the creator. The same FAQ says it will not step in when a creator leaves a negative rating.

No pricing page in this list promises a review.

Taking your creator list with you

Every Tomoson plan lists Export Reports. The pricing page never says whether that includes contact details. Try an export in your account first.

Tomoson's terms say deleted content cannot be recovered after you cancel.

GRIN will move a list in for free from a CSV file or another platform.

Modash imports creators from a CSV file, social handles, or emails on every plan.

Is swapping product for reviews allowed?

Amazon does not let a customer write, edit, or remove a review in return for compensation. Its list includes products and discounts.

Reviews influenced by compensation through any channel, social media included, may be removed.

Tomoson's terms leave FTC compliance with the creator who posts. They cite 16 CFR Part 255, the FTC's endorsement rules.

No tool in this list can change Amazon's rule. Sellers on Amazon should read that page before sending free product.
