Streak's free plan has email tools and no pipelines. Its first CRM plan, Pro, costs $49 per user per month when you pay annually. Monthly pay is $59, as per Streak's pricing page.
Top picks for Streak's alternatives
Pipedrive Growth, $24: syncs Gmail and Outlook, and adds automations.
Zoho CRM, free for 3 users, then $14: the free plan lists workflow automation.
Copper Professional, $59: syncs Gmail and works through a Chrome extension.
Why teams leave Streak
A user review from April 2024 says Streak emailed on 21 March 2024 that CRM features were leaving the free plan. Today Streak's free plan keeps email and link tracking, snippets, and 50 mail merge sends a day. It holds no pipelines.
Streak Pro is the next step after the free plan, so the jump is large.
Three users cost $147/month on the yearly option ($49 x 3) and $177/month on monthly pay ($59 x 3). Two users cost $1,176 for a year ($49 times 2 users times 12 months).
Price is one complaint about Streak. An answer written around 2016 in a Quora thread asking for a good Streak alternative found Streak crowded and preferred NetHunt's follow up flags inside the email.
Streak also lists only Safari and Chrome as supported browsers, and it keeps automations on Pro+.
What 5 users cost on plans with automation
Take 5 users for 12 months. For each tool, pick the cheapest plan on its pricing page that offers automations together with email sequences or bulk email.
Pipedrive Growth costs $24 for each user, each month. For 5 users over 12 months, that is $1,440.
Streak Pro+ costs $69 for each user, each month. For 5 users over 12 months, that is $4,140.

Plan | Yearly option, per user | 5 users, 12 months | Monthly pay, per user | 5 users, 12 months |
|---|---|---|---|---|
Streak Pro+ | $69 | $4,140 | $89 | $5,340 |
Copper Professional | $59 | $3,540 | $69 | $4,140 |
Teamopipe Growth | $29 | $1,740 | $39 | $2,340 |
Pipedrive Growth | $24 | $1,440 | $34 | $2,040 |
NetHunt Business | Not listed | Not listed | $60 | $3,600 |
Streak Pro+ costs $2,700 more than Pipedrive Growth ($4,140 minus $1,440) and $2,400 more than Teamopipe Growth ($4,140 minus $1,740).
Copper Professional costs $600 less ($4,140 minus $3,540). On monthly pay, Streak adds $1,200 to its yearly price ($5,340 minus $4,140). Copper, Teamopipe, and Pipedrive each add $600.

Streak Pro or Pro+: where automation starts
Streak Pro has pipelines, shared contacts, mail merge, and 20 AI credits per user. Automations, direct integrations such as Calendly and Typeform, and Zapier starts at Pro+.
It costs $69 per user on the yearly option and $89 on monthly pay, per Streak's pricing page.
Streak Enterprise costs $129 and $159 and adds custom roles, data validation, dedicated support, and custom billing.
For 3 users, Pro is $147 a month, and Pro+ is $207 ($69 times 3). Streak Pro+ adds $60 a month, or $720 a year.
It also adds advanced reports and archived users, per Streak's Pro+ announcement of 9 December 2024, and its API gains webhooks.
Streak's AI credits rise with the plan: 20 per user each month on Pro, 150 on Pro+, and 500 on Enterprise.
The team shares one pool, and unused credits do not roll over. A 5 user Pro+ team gets 750 credits a month.
Deal summaries cost 1 credit each, and extra packs start at 1,000 credits for $100 a month.
Can some teammates pay less on Streak?
No. Streak's pricing FAQ says: "Streak doesn't have separate pricing for users who only need to view data." Every user counts as a paid user, and everyone on a team must use the same plan.
Archived users are the one relief on Streak, and they start at Pro+. Each paid user lets a team archive 2 users and keep their email history without paying for Streak or Google licenses. A team of 6 can archive up to 12 users.

Free Streak alternatives and where each one stops
Streak's free plan holds no pipelines. Five alternatives offer free plans with a hard cap:
Zoho CRM: free forever for 3 users, with contact management, follow-up reminders, and workflow automation. Standard comes next, at $14.
Bigin: 1 user, 500 records, 1 pipeline and 3 automations. Express comes next, at $7.
Capsule: 2 users, 250 contacts, 1 sales pipeline and 5 custom fields. Starter comes next, at $18.

The Capsule contact cap and the Bigin record cap are the two to watch, because both are small. Zoho CRM gives the most users for free.
Streak alternatives for Outlook and Firefox users

Capsule Free sends email through a Gmail or Outlook account.

The CRM starts at Pro, $49 per user on the yearly option. A free 14 day trial of Pro+ is offered.
Is Streak a good CRM?
